2016 marks Keep Montana Green's 55th contest. Each year, participants generate amazing ideas and impressive artwork that promotes our mission. We hope that Montana youth from across the state will take part.

Keep Montana Green was formed in 1945, chartered as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization in 1961, and is governed by a Board of Directors.

Who We Are

Keep Montana Green

We are dedicated to the prevention of human-caused wildfires. Keep Montana Green promotes awareness about the dangers human caused wildfires can have on Montana's timber, rangelands, the wildland urban interface and public safety. Education, outreach and raising awareness to adults and children are a key part of our mission. Yearly educational campaigns are developed and broadcast across Montana.
